Product Description

Now available in the handy 200 g resealable pack, this is Africa's favourite biltong seasoning, increasingly popular in Australia, UK, USA, Canada and China. Can also be used to season steak or lamb ribs for frying or grilling, or even to add some zest to your poitjiekos.

 Instructions: use 40-50 g spice per Kg meat. Sprinkle the meat with vinegar, then sprinkle with seasoning. Lie on a tray for 2-4 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Hang to dry.

Ingredients: Flavouring [salt, maize, flavour enhancer (MSG, E621), flavour enhancers, sugar, colourants (E150, E153), spice extract, spices, herbs, flavourants, BHA, BHT, TBHQ, garlic, onion], spices, sugar, garlic, preservatives (potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulphite).

Allergens: May contain milk, egg, soy, wheat gluten.
