  • Stage 1. Our customer Kel writes: "I use 2 Kg beef mince and 1 Kg pork mince with 110 g Ouma's spice mix and 200 mL ice water. I soak the spice mix in the ice water for 10 minutes to rehydrate, then mix it into the mince and mix everything together thoroughly, then stuff into natural hog casings."
  • Stage 2. 4 Kg Ouma's Boerewors successfully made by Kelvin, who says "Ouma's Boerewors spice in my opinion is and will always be the best".
  • Stage 3. The product ready to eat. Yummy!

Product Description

A medium flavour of roasted coriander.  

Instructions: use 36-37 g spice per Kg meat.

Ingredients: Salt, spices & spice extracts, dextrose, MSG (flavour enhancer), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).


Allergens: May contain traces of celery, cow's milk, egg, soy, mustard or wheat gluten.

Water 2 L
Spice pack 1.1 Kg
Total 33.1 Kg
