Product Description

 Africa's favourite biltong seasoning, now also so very popular in Australia, UK, USA, Canada and China. Can also be used to season steak or lamb ribs for frying or grilling, or even to add some zest to your poitjiekos.

Instructions: use 40-50 g spice per Kg meat. Sprinkle the meat with vinegar, then sprinkle with seasoning. Lie on a tray for 2-4 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Hang to dry.

Ingredients: Flavouring [salt, maize, flavour enhancer (MSG, E621), flavour enhancers, sugar, colourants (E150, E153), spice extract, spices, herbs, flavourants, BHA, BHT, TBHQ, garlic, onion], spices, sugar, preservatives (potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulphite).

Allergens: This product does not contain gluten. Gluten is however used on the same line and manufactured in the same facility. Although the manufacturers an Allergen Management System in place, they do not make claims that the product is gluten free.
