Product Description

South Africa's favourite blend of biltong spice, with a prominent coriander note.

Instructions: use 35 g spice per kg meat.

Sprinkle spice over meat strips, then sprinkle 40 mL dilute (50%) vinegar. Leave overnight in a fridge, then hang to dry.

Ingredients: Salt, coriander (irradiated), white pepper (irradiated), dextrose, sucrose, ascorbic acid, MSG (flavour enhancer), cereal (wheat flour, gluten, Triticum aestivum), flavourings.

Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.

Vinegar 600 mL

    My mom bought me a biltong maker when she went to South Africa and I tried these spices - brilliant. Will definitely use this again.
