  • Customer Kelvin sent in this pic of 3 Kg Freddy Hirsch drywors now ready for the drier.
  • Here's the same 3 Kg now in place in the drier. Kel uses collagen casings; temperature and humidity are controlled by a halogen light, and a fan provides air movement.
  • And here's the final product after 5 days in the drier (but times will vary - dry as long as needed to reach the texture you desire).

Product Description

A blend of ground spices for a traditional taste.

Instructions: use 33 g spice per Kg meat.

Ingredients: Salt, cereal [maize, wheat flour (gluten - Triticum aestivum)], spices & herbs (irradiated), preservative (sodium sulphite, E221, yield max 40% SO2), MSG (flavour enhancer, E621), spice extract, flavour enhancer (E635), flavourings, contains genetically modified organisms. 

Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
