  • Customer Kelvin sent in this pic of 3 Kg Freddy Hirsch drywors now ready for the drier.
  • Here's the same 3 Kg now in place in the drier. Kel uses collagen casings; temperature and humidity are controlled by a halogen light, and a fan provides air movement.
  • And here's the final product after 5 days in the drier (but times will vary - dry as long as needed to reach the texture you desire).

Product Description

A blend of ground spices for a traditional taste.

Instructions: use 33 g spice per Kg meat.

Ingredients: Sea salt, cereal (wheat flour), maize, spices & herbs (irradiated), preservative (sodium sulphite), monosodium glutamate, spice extract, flavour enhancer, flavouring.

Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
